Witam mam spory problem. 3 miesiące temu dałem mechanikowi ciagnik do naprawy miał pozbyć się źródła opiłków ze skrzyni wypłukać uk wymienić pompę i naprawić wszelkie problemy hydrauliczne. Po 2 miesiącach złożył ciagnik do kupy wziął pieniądze i pojechał nie dał żadnej faktury albo paragonu. Ciągnikiem nie jeździłem bo miałem tam zrobić rzeczy nie związane z tym co on robił nie (tylko wizualne trochę malowania itp). Gdy wyjechałem ciągnikiem z garażu wszystko działało 1h potem nic. Wyjął pompę powiedział ze zawór zrobiłem zawór założyłem pompę mam na niej ciśnienie ale nic nie działa oprócz podnoszenia. Przed włożeniem pompy zobaczyłem ze mam masę opiłków w skrzyni i zadzwoniłem do niego to powiedział mi ze nie wyczyścił z przodu chłodnicy i węży i ze on wiedział ze tak się stanie ale nic nie zrobił( mimo ze umawiałem się na to ze naprawi ciagnik i pozbędzie się opiłków). Wypłukałem co mogłem założyłem pompę i nie działa nadal. Zadzwoniłem powiedział ze rozdzielacz zrobiłem rozdzielacz i nadal nic. Zmieniłem filtr i chwile działało potem się zapchał po około 30 min jazdy i znowu nic nie działa. Mechanik nie odpisuje czasem odbierze i doradzi coś lecz i tak nie ja powinienem to robić lecz on. Dlatego pytam na forum czy mogę coś zrobić z tym mechanikiem żeby zwrócił cześć chociaż pieniędzy bo nie zrobił maszyny jak trzeba i sam muszę się z tym męczyć może są jakieś sposoby prawne bardzo proszę o pomoc bo nie mam już sił.
